the staff greeted me by name upon arrival, which i found very cute. my room included two armchairs and a desk. a good variety of fresh fruit was available at breakfast. i also appreciated the hotel's handy location for walking into the town center.

the absence of a dedicated bar or lounge area was noticeable ,limiting options for relaxation outside of the room.

This visit was a second one. The car park had ample spaces. I liked the lounge. Staff was really friendly. Breakfast included a full English option.

The bedroom only had a single window which did not prevent outside noise, including traffic and loud pedestrians.

limited heatingunprofessional behaviour

my stay had two notable drawbacks. the heating system operation times were limited, turning off at 11:00 pm. this caused the room to grow uncomfortably cold. additionally, the waitress at breakfast acted in an unprofessional manner. she spoke rudely and made us sit at a cramped table near other guests. this behaviour marred my overall experience.

The parking was ample and convenient. Breakfast was AMAZING!!! It was also great that the location was close to local attractions. The beds were big and comfy. It was nice to have restaurants nearby.

The room had a slight sewage odor, which I noticed upon arrival.
